Here is some really dark sounding death metal from Brazil's Afterdeath. There are four new tunes, plus the bonus cut, "Credo," from their first tape (reviewed in Issue #40). "The Crucified" starts things off with a really low-tuned guitar sound. After reading what the guys say in their credits, I gather this tune is about the problems in Rowanda. "Fake Friend" is self-explanatory. "Malevolent Factory" talks about rampant sin and the punishment for it. The production isn't great, but the talent this band possesses really shines above it.
