Well let's see, 10 tracks of heavier than snot, guitar driven, industrial thrash! Yep, that about sums it up! And who might be behind this but none other than Ceaser Kalinowski, the man behind Wonderland Records, followed by an all-star cast of Bruce Franklin (Trouble guitarist extraordinaire), Randy Kerkman (Vocalist, Guitar for a local Chicago band Mission Of Mercy), and Mark Robertson (who has been associated with Rick Elias, The Stand, and Altar Boys to name a few). The songs are slightly reminiscent of older as well as newer Ministry and maybe Skinny Puppy in some ways. Some of it's more heavy metal than the previously named bands, but just as good. Songs include titles such as "Alive" (could be a little more original here guys.), "Retro-vision", "I Live In Flesh", "Revolutionism", "Nothing To Give" (reminds me of "Scarecrow" by Ministry), "Chemikill", and "Hunger". Song subjects range from drug abuse, to being a mortal person living in a dying shell, to simply believing in miracles. I really dig these here tunes, and I think you will too. So get a dose of Brutal Reality first before it gets a hold of you!
