Here's 10 tasty commercial rock songs from the debut group on the Wave Records label that Billy Smiley's helped start up. Smiley produced this effort and, like the Twenty/ 20 record - "Altered" - it sounds quite a bit like Whiteheart. There's some big hints at flesh and blood coming through from the artist, but the production is sssssslick for the most part. The two rockers: "21 Reasons", and "The Other Side" are the two brightest moments...where the band cuts loose a little and turns the guitars up.
