With the abundance of worship records in recent years has also come a renewed interest in hymns. Most of this interest results in artists or groups creating new arrangements of familiar hymns. One of the most popular projects that has done this in recent years was released by Passion. For their new CD, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers decided to stick with the old familiar arrangements. In a time where what is new and hip is popular, to go with the old familiar arrangements is a huge risk, but they decided to do it anyway. This project features hymns that many people know and love, such as "Amazing Grace," "In the Garden," "Rock of Ages," and "It is Well With My Soul." They do a wonderful job with it. The arrangements and production on this album allow the vocals to shine through and shine, they do. The tight harmonies are one of the best features of the album.

One of the few flaws of this CD is its length. It comes in at a short 36 minutes.

If you want to hear traditional arrangements of old familiar hymns, then this is the CD for you.
