Neutral Agreement is really just a bunch of emo kids trying to disguise their love for emo/indie music by playing in a pop punk band. It works for them, though. After the first 2 songs, which have the ever so popular "Ohh, I'm being cool by slurring my words when I sing because I want to be British" voice, they bring out the whiney voices that turn into stressed and pushed screams to accompany the more indie / emo / poppy music. For the rest of the CD, it's basically just pop-punk in the midst of indie sounding material that gives them a more mature sound. Many of the songs have long instrumental intros that lend a hand to the maturity factor. The hidden track was not what I expected: one guy with an acoustic guitar and a voice that sounded like Chris Carrabba before he hit puberty — a classic way to end the CD.
