I can't seem to get enough of this Ep. Ryan Hui's vocals are clear with lyrics that aren't afraid to proclaim his feelings for Christ. The Ep's first cut "No Regrets" simply states that since Hui has accepted Christ he has no regrets. "Never Had a Chance," I think is about a girl . . . I could be wrong. "Change" speaks of how God's love will never change, no matter how much our lives do. "Give Up" is basically about giving up your life to Christ . . . come on . . . everybody is doing it. The last song on the Ep is "Not Invited." I am pretty sure it's about Christ, but it could be about a girl. Hmmm. Don't turn the player off after this song, though. They have a special rainy day surprise for you. Hui on skillful guitar and Demetri Wyman on a driving bass carry strong the punk style backed up by the ecstatic excitedness of Russell Castillo (on loan from Tooth & Nail) on drums. Musically this album is great. It holds true to the punk style I have come to know and love. I know I sound a bit surprised but what can you expect when their bio says that Hui's favorite band is still Mr. Big!
