Here's a good sonically-produced Death Metal tape with growling vocals and bass-heavy grunge. The musicianship of this trio is pretty good--and it's noticed on this tape pretty easily. Lots of cool studio effects were added to vocals and song intros, etc. "Abstraction" has a real cool groove. The lyrics feature printed scripture references alongside each line and fit right into the Death realm with a contrasting message of light: "You suffer a spiritual blind deception/ But God awaits a response/ To the sacrificial death/ Of the Lamb of God." Fans of Death Metal will most likely dig this tape. It's the most credible of this genre that's come my way this time.
