Those HM boys have relegated me to this Indie section, and I'm ticked. I'll tell you why these bands are indie - they've got that independent spirit that needs to get broken. These proud, arrogant artists are so determined to be cool and "free from industry influence" that they just CAN'T be Christian! I mean, just the word "indie" means they have renounced God. I say, "Sign 'em to a record label to bring some humility in their lives." I hear this boy named Josh singing these songs, and I just KNOW that he's striving for radio superstardom, an attitude that we all know won't fly in the kingdom! And, while I hear piano organ and acoustic guitar strumming, they can't keep it clean or quiet! They throw in some loud 'n' noisy electric guitar [the devil's instrument of choice, I just know it!] and if those distortion pedals they're using aren't demonic, I don't know what is! I just knew I was looking at trouble when I glanced at these boys' band name - Quietwiser. Sounds real close to Budweiser, doesn't it? It's obvious - through a sneaky conspiratorial plot, this band is trying to get innocent, young church youth to drink beer! I wasn't going to go this far in an album review, but I rebuke 'em! I rebuke 'em! I rebuke 'em right now! If you'd like to email this modern rock band from Hell, I can't stop ya.
