This compilation is actually a fund raising effort by a chapter of Rock For Life in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It features songs by a number of different bands who have all played benefit shows for RFL. Most of the songs are emo/punk/rock, but there are two hardcore tracks from Boywunder and Crutch. This is a great CD to buy your pop-punk sister for her birthday, and it benefits a good cause.
