The story of 10 Fingers Counting began in the parking lot of a local video store in August 1998 when a group of school friends, waiting for road service on a parent's disabled van, discussed the possibilities of forming a band to play and minister at local church coffee houses. With a musical style that includes swing, rock, punk, jazz, reggae, and ballad, the group, composed of 7 young men and women ranging in ages from 15-21, reaches a vast audience with their original material and conveys a message that "its fun to be a Christian."
