Arbitrage
Graphic

Arbitrage most assuredly comes from the spectrum of Pat Nobody and Undercover, as their music quickly affirms. They have a good sound, although at times it is redundant and somewhat predictable. However, my point of contention with this cassette comes not with the music, but with the lyrical content of one song, "Murder The Children". It seems that the band has found it necessary (in order to retain the strength of the message, I suppose) to use an expletive as a point of emphasis. This is neither tasteful nor proper for a Christian or a Christian band. Although this sort of thing seems to be vogue in this genre of music, Christ calls us to pure speech (Ephesians 4:29; 5:4). I was disappointed because I felt the song had something valuable to say, but that choice of words seems to nullify their good intentions.
