Those of you who are kinda disappointed that Margaret Becker has mellowed out will be glad to hear vocalist Tracy King of Broken Silence beltin' out rockin' tunes that are certainly louder than silence.
I used to tell Margaret Becker when Never For Nothing first came out, "You know, we need a Christian metal queen," and she'd always reply, "Pray for Lita Ford." Maybe we should've been praying for Tracy King to start rockin' earlier. While not a metal queen, Tracy's band plays rock 'n' roll. Amy Wolter's solo album isn't too far from the style and sound explored here. Best song is probably the ballad "Say A Prayer."
