The album opens with a recorded quote from T.S. Eliot, a great poet of considerable reputation. There are several quotes of his within the artwork of the album and several sound clips from his recorded poem, "The Hollow Men." Every aspect of this album was great with the only downside being a somewhat disappointing recording. But that aside, you're looking at some great songs, such as "Shift to Simple." These guys don't mess around, but deal with some serious issues in their music such as the horrific treatment of the Aborigines in the song, "The Untold War." The vocals are awesome, full of emotion and passion that you don't find with a lot of other bands. The artwork is a great addition to the overall presentation and as if that's not enough, the CD is enhanced with some cool pictures and a book recommendation that you can check out by putting the CD in your computer. I could describe the music in more depth, but what's the point? All you need to know is it's hard, fast, and loud. I recommend a listen so that you can hear this for yourself to understand. It would be a disappointment if you let this slip by you.
