This four-song tape shows some musicians knowing how to hold a great groove. Though these two brothers are a great musical team together, they sometimes split on lyrical direction, which is why there's two versions of the song "Easier Said Than Done": Daren's version and David's version. David's version quotes stuff like "Deny yourself, let the Spirit take hold/but it's easier said than done...though I am weak, I know I'm strong in He, Who washed my sins away and set me free;" while Daren's version sports such witty lyrics like, "Well, workin' for a livin' ain't worth what they're givin'...sometimes a little luck is all you need." The "Easier said than done" vocal hook in the chorus sounds a lot like Extreme. "Never be the Same" shows the acoustic side of the band and showcases the raw talent of vocalist Brian Tolliver. This brother team, which is looking for a bassist and co-guitar player, has the potential to crank out hits.
