Dodgin' Bullets is the all star hardcore band from all over the US...the first truly non east/west coast band. World Wide War is their second CD EP offering to us and it delivers on every level as their first The Soundtrack to the End of the World did and more. With members of bands like NIV, xDisciplex, Shockwave, and Cast In Stone and a CD that's been handled by Facedown Records, how can you expect anything less than quality?

Old school/tough guy hardcore is shoved aggressively down your throat, and complimented with insane thick breakdowns. A couple of samples thrown in at the beginning and end of the CD from the movie The Matrix don't hurt either! Overall the lyrics don't seem as tight as their first CD that really represented God in every single song. These tend to lean more toward being about hardcore. Stand out track has got to be the hidden song. Hate to say it but I think this has the best music on the CD and the shout-outs are hilarious! "It's all about IBC', Bar-B-Q-, and Tattoos" and "Yo what's up with all these bands not making T-Shirt for fat people? Me and Jim need shirts too. I want to see double x's and triple x's." oh yea and a full roll call is included in this one, only to conclude with a group shout of 'FACEDOWN.' This stuff is just downright fun to listen to.

Old school fans stop your drooling and send off the $7.00 to get your copy. Grab it from Facedown Records.

Decapolis 2001Reviewed by Nate BaileyDodgin Bullets is a band made up of members from quite a number of other hardcore acts. With bands such as No Innocent Victim, xDisciplex, and Shockwave to the member's credit, I think you can begin to get the picture of what your ears are in store for. Dodgin Bullets is an east meets west hardcore, no holds barred musical death match. This is the second release from the band, the first being,…HM Magazine #86Reviewed by Doug Van PeltThis is a seven-man car wreck of lovely metallic hardcore. The variety in vocal styles and the thickness of guitars that this provides is to be appreciated. This "band" (you can call it that with two projects out now) has a few recognizable figures in it, like Jason Dunn and Kyle Fisher of No Innocent Victim, Dan Quiggle of xDisciplex, and Tim Mason of Cast In Stone, and members of Shockwave.…HM Magazine #83Reviewed by A Girl Called GordonLet's get ready to R u m b l e!! What do you get when you combine xDisciplex, Shockwave, NIV and some not-so-random passers-by? You get Hardcore that is ready to kick Satan where it counts. This is harsh! If you have been missing true hardcore, music that pounds at your soul to do some damage to the forces of evil, then your wait is over.
