I like Driven's mixture of melodic emo-like pop that features nice screaming shifts into screaming vocals and dirty distorted guitars. Their track on this issue's Hard Music Sampler CD is a good example of the band's dynamics and penchant for rocking out when they decide it's time, and settling back into a pop groove when it's appropriate for that. These guys definitely have something good going.
