Well yeah, it is our little Belgians who arrive with a four-track demo!! The packaging is impressive, and JESHAIA puts us in the picture with the first track "La Dame Blanche", a melodic hard rock underpinned by very saturated guitars washed over with seventies-style keyboards. The keyboards are more apparent on "Guide Moi" (above all on the chorus). "La Porte" is perhaps below the quality of the 3 other tracks; the whole track would need revisiting, and the chorus remodelling. "Where Is Your Love" (the only English title on the demo), on the other hand, deserves both ears. A more or less enigmatic intro over a bed of synths, garnished with a guitar solo, before attacking "the track" with a properly rock tempo, and a chorus that comes off very well. The vocals lack bite, but I am sure Eric Zander can do better!!

Overall a good demo which has the merit of introducing the first Belgian Christian hard band.

Let us note that JESHAIA has evolved a great deal since this demo came out, so much so that these 4 tracks do not much reflect the band's current level and style. JESHAIA is heading, it seems, towards power metal. Be that as it may, the first Christian hard band from the land of chips is bound to interest you, so be aware that only a few copies of the demo are left. You'd best get shaking your carcass if you want any left!!!
