This is some hot stuff! Kerrang! slobbered over one of their demos, claiming it to be one of the most impressive tapes in a while. The same writer though, made the criminal mistake of saying that Terry H. can't sing! Someone should let the guy hear the Setting Fire To The Earth album by Leviticus. This guy's vocals are awesome!
Anyway, here's a single which features two samples of the Jet Circus sound. Original, fun, and on-the-edge describe this raw, fiery music.
"Victory Dance" is a metal rap with very evangelistic lyrics about dancing in response to being saved and prepared for the second coming of Christ. It starts off with a rat-a-tat-a-tat rap-type intro, then kicks into some screamin' and jammin'...Then the rap delivery starts. Terry H., who is presented here as Terry Haw, sports a definite European accent, which makes for fun listening. Imagine a cross between Klause Meine and Steven Tyler. An original song that will please anybody and everyone who's into King's X, Living Colour, and P.I.D.
"Rockin' Horse" is on the "B side". It's good, rockin' new music. It sounds like a mixture between The Cult, recent U2, and Def Leppard. More fun music. These guys are definitely current sound-wise.
