I really like these guys. I'm really big into crazy vocals, and these are some of the craziest. This CD is more like the last one, but it goes even farther into the realm of the eclectic. The music is really uplifting when he is singing, but then becomes brutal like we remember from their first release. The main difference is the vocals. As I just said, he sings really well, but his signature scream is still there. His really high pitched screams are matched by no one. Even his lower vocals are higher than most. Overall, this album is more diverse and unique, making Narcissus one of the most original bands I have heard. The only reason this is a 7 is because it's kinda short. There is only 7 songs with 2 instrumentals which makes only 5 real songs. It doesn't even begin to satisfy the craving. Still, those 5 songs are really amazing.

But after listening to "Becoming Leviathan," all I can do is sit with my mouth on the floor. In an attempt to describe this album I…Similar sounding releases
