What do a bunch of Floridian kids know about snow in winter anyway? Like we EVER see snow here! At any rate the band does indeed know a few things about songwriting. They have managed to come up with a few songs that (5 to be exact) that convey metalcore just about as good as anyone can expect.

The main problem with this CD is simply the label..."Nick's Living Room Records" and yes "Nick" is a band member, and no it's not really a label. That's right you get an actual living room recording, and it does sound like a 4-track to me. Again not that this is bad simply because it's a 4-track, but it does take a good bit of experience to make a 4-track sound tight. They fell only slightly short with this effort, but fell short none-the-less.

The highlight of the album is certainly the song Society's Views, both musically and lyrically. This song rules. You can check it out on their MP3.COM site and yes again you can also order your copy of it there as well for a measly $5.99, which in all honesty is certainly worth it.

A good solid band that I hope play live sometime so I can check them out, the CD contains some great music, and if you don't mind lower production quality you will definitely get into this. If you need a higher quality sound you may want to wait for the next effort.
