Okay, this is an easy one. If you like what the Descendents or All have done in the past 5 years, you'll like this record, because it's the same thing (almost annoyingly identical). I'm sure part of this is due to it having been recorded and produced by members of those bands, but nonetheless it's pretty much just a copycat effort. If you don't mind knowing that a band is just doing an incredibly good impression of a much more established band, then get this album because they do a really good job. If that bothers you, don't even think about buying it. And if you have no idea who the Descendents or All are, go buy their latest stuff (All is the Descendents with a different singer) because it's a tragedy that you've never heard them (and then you'll know if you like Shorthanded or not).
