Remember U2's really dark, blue songs, like "Wake Up Dead Man" or "Love is Blindness?" If not, do you remember the image of Big Bird, dyed blue and singing in a cage? This album is like that, but without the potent U2 lyrics.

This is a really blue album, but not one that will necessarily make you sad...just mellowed out. However, the album is pretty decent, and it progresses with a theme, as you can see from the track listing:

    1. Loss of Light
    2. Song for Birds
    3. Calling
    4. Towards You, in the Water
    5. Pangea Blues
    6. The Hanging of the Inevitable
    7. A Graceful, Arching Action
    8. Love of Light
    9. Freedom
