"Motorcycle Daddy" (featured on the "4 Songs About Motorcycles" vinyl), kick starts this ultra-gritty garage rawk experience. This is the best song and one of my personal favorites of late. 8 songs, ranging from the meaty first track on through to some slower more strummy stuff sporting a twangy warped edge to it (intentional tuning ??), topically explore Tom Jones, "Withdrawal" from God, and female hockey politics ("...teenage patriarchal oppressers!!!") a song this writer can relate to. Being one of the "guys" or worse yet being better athletically than them has a price usually valued at $1 male ego. Obviously, females make up an important part of the group (2 of 5) handling at least some lyric writing, all vocals and tad bit of guitar. Shake, rattle and roll around on a greasy garage floor with Stratochief for $6 cash.
