The Party People are the sum of many parts. They feature members of Denison Marrs, Starflyer 59, Ghoti Hook, and the Young and the Useless. This release is on Velvet Blue Music.
Not surprisingly, The Party People encompass a variety of genres and sounds to put together a fun straight-ahead rock album. With elements of classic rock, punk and garage rock, the My My EP reminds us all that rock and roll doesn't have to be complicated or flashy to get the job done. Pushing its way to the front of the songs are distorted, wild vocals, which are a spark of energy, matched by the rest of the band. A product of several established song writers and performers, the My My EP is meant to whet the appetite for coming works and it meets its goal.
