This is the culmination of years of work from Tom Denlinger of Lightshine Ministries and his friends. A metallic rock opera based in end-times theology takes the listener on a journey that begins with a dream of a martyr's death. In between several Queensrychian instrumentals and aggressive riffs, the story plays on with the main character struggling with God. While a monumental task and an artistic risk, this project is an enjoyable listen. More melodic singing instead of angry talk-spitting would've been nicer, but it doesn't take away from the sonic flavor.
