This two-hour collection of live "bootlegged camcorder footage," band profiles, general horsing around, and selected topical documentary clips from television all makes for some enjoyable viewing. Appropriately subtitled "This is not a low-budget video--this is a no-budget video," the amateur concert footage filmed is the weakest visual and audio aspect of this package. The best parts are the personal and tongue-in-cheek looks at the band members. Where else could you watch Larry Farkas boogie-board in low California surf? I thought the funniest part was watching Roger Martin bicycle with his friend Keith in the hills of L.A. We also see Glen Mancaruso and Doug Thieme work on cars, as well as taking a tour of Roger Martinez's personal study library. One of the biggest highlights is seeing the band arrive at C-Stone in a limousine as Flower Of Power. While light years from MTV quality, this is one the Vengeance fan will want to add to the collection. It's funny, informative, evangelistic, and packed with action.
