There are bright spots and than some not so bright spots to this disk. Whippersnapper is one of those bands whose names and album covers make them look like just another dopey band. However, they are a pretty talented power pop punk band. They have a handful of good songs on this album but I don't know if it justifies buying when you are on a tight budget. Feel free to borrow from one of your spoiled friends.
