Am I missing something here? Either I'm incredibly obtuse or this whole cassette makes little to no sense. It's obvious that this is not a serious musical or lyrical effort, but even taken completely as a joke, this lacks any semblance of comprehensible humor. The production is weak and the content has no logical consistency whatsoever. These guys seem to possess an eccentric creativity, which is sadly used on material that I don't believe anyone would be able to decipher clearly.

(Now, I need to make an editorial comment here. This tape has got a lot of favorable press in the underground zines due to its bizarreness. It does sound like someone used a mono tape recorder to record "Post Modern MTV" from their television set and decided to call it a custom project, but hey--the stuff you hear on "Post Modern MTV" is pretty decent sometimes...as is this material. It's not something, though, that a lot of metalheads are gonna enjoy on their quality stereo systems.--ed)
