"Two Minutes to A Heartbeat" is an early album for a young band and it's obvious. Aftertaste is a new hardcore band who hasn't decided what they want to do musically. The sound is all over the place with different jaunts into this and that. The recording itself has some problems, with a bass that's too loud in some parts and a snare drum that doesn't cut it. These guys need to practice and it's evident with a boring and disoriented album.
