Are you in the market for some creative spiritual rock with a poetic message that captivates? An Opiate for Angels just might do the trick! The debut self-titled full length CD presents ten tracks of mighty good rock that reminds me of a more artful and alternative Soundgarden or Audioslave (primarily due to vocal similarities). An Opiate for Angels features a heavier-tinged college alt/rock sound with some nice progressive and creative elements. The CD is wrapped in a nice package resembling an old, yellowed envelope.
