Alright! Here's a four-song EP pressed on clear vinyl that showcases two new tunes: the title track; and "Take You High". "Join Hands" was inspired from the concert Charizma played over in the Soviet Union's country of Estonia. Charizma's hometown of Oskarshamn in Sweden signed a friendship agreement with Parnu in Estonia, kind of like a sister-city pact. They played the song over there to a warm response. The tune is another fine piece of melodic/commercial hard rock from this talented band. It's a little more commercial/mellow than previous material, including lots of keyboards and nicely-produced background vocals, but it still rocks. The second song, "Take You High", is more similar to Charizma's previous material with a harder edge. Hot stuff the Nikolausson brothers and Mats Tarnfors on keyboards. The lyrics talk about the band presenting the Lord's fire and power to their audiences via rock and roll all over the world. For those of you who never got the "Turn Me On" single, here's your chance to hear this hot tune about the cheapness of the world's love compared to the faithfulness of God's love. "Where Do You Stand" is one of the good tunes off their Rock the World album released in 1985.
