This is the second Damien Jurado 7" and is nearly perfect. Three very funny songs. The first is about a kid who everyone doesn't like falling off of a trampoline and breaking his neck. A song about dancing with the roller skating king, and he's wearing his red pants. The music here is beefier than the first 7". The band's not afraid to juice up the guitars, with a full distortion being added in on occasion. This shows his roots in the emo style of Blenderhead and Coolidge. I'm in 7" heaven.
