With thrashing guitars and growling vocals, Eyes Upon Separation leads the listener through whirlwind songs about a relationship gone bitter and the pain thereafter. The tales of decimated heartbreak are given a soundtrack akin to ZAO and Soul Embraced. The first track ("It Must Be Take A Worm For A Walk Week") comes tearing out of the starting block with a hailstorm of screams, staccato guitar, and thumping bass pedals. After a few spins, the gut wrenching vocals puts the listener in the mood for a seething, sweaty mosh pit screaming for one more song.
