Here's a rarity: a vinyl EP! If you like good commercial Hard Rock, you'll dig this young band from Central Texas. Influences seem to range from Y&T to The Scorpions and Queensryche (the closest resemblance being Y&T). This is actually a good recording of four decent songs. The vocalist, Jim Brandt, used to drum for Roxalt. Lyrically, the band is more of a positive message band than an out 'n' out ministry, with various topics such as drugs, love, soul-searching and growing up in the atomic age. "Eye Of The Needle" is about drug addiction, showing the heavier side of the band. "Face In The Mirror" deals with a guy who is searching for the person he knows he should be. "China Doll" warns about the harlot woman of Proverbs. "Sandy" is a love song, talking about reconciliation to a wife after a fall out in their marriage.
