The magnificence of Joy E's ongoing Legacy trilogy rubs off on this EP intermission of five songs, in rich, full arrangements. These are not throw away numbers from Legacy, however. This is a pure EP, with all five songs complimenting and flowing into each other. More cosmic and spacey than previous Joy E material, Starcadia is the perfect title for the disc. In fact, as much as I applaud the genius of the Legacy project, I have to state that this EP is possibly an even greater triumph thus far. As it manifests its context so [dang] succinctly and masterfully. Starcadia is indeed a joy to listen to.
