YAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow. When I first saw the artwork of this album, it totally resembled an American Nightmare rip off. Well they aren't an American Nightmare rip off...thank God! There are too many of those bands around already. The Rescue decided to bypass the melodic hardcore road and go down the crappy melodic "emo" metal road which is even worse. This recording is amazingly bad. There are two vocalists...or maybe one fronting as two. The one guy does the classic deep growling ala Poison The Well/Hopesfall. Then they have their singing vocalist who does nothing but sing sad lyrics in an over the top high pitched style again ala Poison The Well/Hopesfall but the only thing is that this guy can't sing. It's actually very laughable. You would think with all the studio and digital equipment that you could make the guy sound at least presentable but I don't think they have found that equipment yet. He is off pitch all the time. It's kind of like hearing Jason Gleason (x-Further Seems Forever vocalist) live...he just can't pull it off.
Overall it's only six songs so it's not suicide. It's boring and there isn't anything there. It's not good at all. From the recording to the sound to the artwork, it's all been done before and it's all been done better.
