Translated from the original French

What would you say to a great harvester of decibels, armed with his guitars and his combine-thresher, fighting a duel to secure a thrashiferously good sound? Well then, you have found it. This is indeed THRESHER, or the divine harvester, not to be confused with THRASHER, even if the lads in this band beat your hearing to a pulp with their rather speed-thrash oriented mix. Their six-track mini-LP "Totally Possessed" (one of whose tracks, "Cranial Tremor", is a fabulous instrumental) deserves your attention: you are going to come out of it completely... dispossessed of your hard-eared critic!! The demo as a whole has a certain unity in the melodic thrash style. But these brave knights of Metal know how to talk tremendously about the world, above all when they strike up their battle cry on the majority of the tracks.

The screamer is divinely enraged (his hollering having been schooled by Dale Thompson, BRIDE's vocalist) since he shouts at us what fills his being: he is totally possessed by... JESUS CHRIST!!! Despite the heavy atmosphere, recalling that of the metal warrior, the band has cooked us up a nicely four-square soup on two of their tracks ("Final Frontier" and "No More Lies") in particular, where the tremendous voice of the duty micro-grinder has modulated itself to the point of refining down to follow the clear inflections of the guitars, which verge on the oriental style.

The guitars groan in particular on their track "No More Lies", where our four little thrashers give us a keyboard intro and a serious dialogue on the injustice of the world and the far too great number of young people who take their own lives. They call on one trust alone, on one friend alone: Jesus Christ. The harvester's pistons engage and give some vibration to the drop hammers to hammer the message into the heads of all the blokes listening!!

In any case, the alloy of the fat sound of melodic thrash and of powerful metal will throw more than one person. Enough to make skulls tremble and eyes quiver in their sockets...! (Cranial Tremor)
