Rock Power Praise, Volume 1: The Hymns

When do the Elefante brothers have time to sleep? I'm still trying to recover from the great Mastedon album they recently released, and now they're back with another mark of excellence. This album is just what the title says, "Rock Power Praise!" They've taken old hymns and have rejuvenated them with hard rocking arrangements. John and Dino have once again packed an album with great talent! Helping out are Mike Lee (formerly of Barren Cross), Jamie Rowe (new lead singer for Guardian) and if my ears do not deceive me, guitarist extraordinare Tony Palacios (also of Guardian)! There are many other musicians and singers lending their excellent talent to this great project! I highly recommend this album - not only because of the musicians and the rock and roll, but because these are great songs to lift and praise our wonderful God with our hearts, minds, and lips! I applaud John and Dino in their effort to put out their best for God!
