What is this? It's a soundtrack that these guys will use in their "feats of strength" ministry, where they break baseball bats and smash bricks and then preach. Kinda weird stuff, but I know some people look at long-haired guys in spandex, beltin' out scripture in song as weird too... "You need to repent/ Like a camper needs a tent." - power words from Christian rap's most hardcore: P.I.D. Most of the lyrics were penned by Tim Miner, who produced the project. He jams on his own rockin' arrangement of "Amazing Grace". Ken Tamplin of Magdallan performs the heaviest number on the tape - "Take 'Em Back". Steve Shannon of Idle Cure rocks out on two numbers: "Break the Chains"; and "Power to Win". The Melby brothers from Liaison deliver the goods on a crankin' tune as well: "My God Is a Rock". So there you have it, the Power Team soundtrack. It has its moments.
