Oh my goodness! I can't get this tape out of my deck. If you like great commercial metal, get this tape at all cost!
Dynomo has spent a lot of time and effort on this eight song tape and it shows. The production is incredible - absolutely flawless. In fact, Eyes in the Sky sounds better than some tapes that I have by signed bands (hello record companies).
I just can't tell you enough how good this tape is. Even the ten minute and 38 second song "Sometimes She Cries," a semi-mellow song, was so great that it didn't even seem that long. There are so many hooks on this tape that I sometimes felt like I was in a bait shop.
Most of the unsigned bands out there should look at this band as an example to follow. Hot production, incredible musicianship, great vocals, incredible bgv's, and above all, lyrics that are filled in every way with Jesus.
Now if I can only figure out a way to get this tape out of my deck and back to the Heaven's Metal office. Oh well, maybe Doug won't miss it.
