Exhumator

Here is some very good metal from a band out of Colorado. The music is very tight and aggressive and features thrash influences. Six of the seven songs are genuine metal feast material. The seventh, a tune called "Spam Jam," is a short ditty about what kind of food they like, which ends abruptly with the band members seemingly enjoying the reverb.
"Where Were You" is a cool tune, telling several stories of people dying without knowing Jesus. "Murky Water" is an acoustic tune, which put a smile on my face at the end when the vocalist, Reese Roper, says "Thank you, Jesus."
While I have heard better, Exhumator is a lot better than most of the bands I have reviewed. Give it a listen! For ordering info, write: PO Box 441024, Aurora CO 80044-1024.
