New school punk rock from the D.C. area. Five members, allowing crazy things to happen. Live, they are energetic, funny, entertaining, downright amazing. This disc captures a lot of the funny quirkiness, mixing well with the fast driving music, in the style of NOFX or Lookout Records stuff. The songs are sometimes silly at first, but often very deep, lyrically. Except the title track, where everyone is a sumo wrestling wannabe. Recorded in Oz Studios where Brainiac, Jawbox, and Velocity Girl have recorded. Classy, crisp, energetic, but still raw enough to make the punk fans happy. I like them better than MxPx...
