The heavy of heavy metal monks have finally debuted on CD with seven tunes. While the concept of this band seems comical -- three older guys in monk's robes belting out a low end motorcycle blues rock complimented with classic metal leads -- their music is actually quite good. While the vocals aren't pretty or extreme, they're tough enough to carry the tunes. Since the band's image isn't present on this album cover, most consumers won't be thrown off and will like the music first. Lyrically, the band often delves into the world of the occult imagery to point the way to Christ. Good stuff.
