This band is pretty good. I haven't heard a whole lot about them, but their singer has a great voice, and they all seem to be pretty good musicians. The first song, lyrically is very repetitive, so that kind of took away from the song, "Star light, Star bright...". The first song is titled, "Starlight" how ironic, it kind of has a melodic rock groove to it, yet it's sorta mellow. They guys kind of have a radio rock sound, yet with an edge. I personally liked track #3, "Furtive" the most. It has more of a dark feel to it, but the lyrics and dynamics are really good. "Blood flows from your wrist, blood runs down your face, falls onto me, I watch you fall to the ground wrestling with the weight, it was me, I kill you everyday, I kill you everyday when I tie you down". "It was me that drove the nails in your wrist, it was me who drove the nail in your feet, it was me who put the crown on your head, it was me, I kill you everyday". Man what a great song. Most of their lyrics are Christian based, some praise, some prayers, all rather creative. I liked this band, I just wish this was a full length, or they had a full length coming out soon. But I honestly have not heard much about this band, and for all I know they may not even be a band anymore.

They range from emotional longing to all out screaming - but all within a catchy melody. This album is packed with feeling and emotion. This was a great listen. It would have gotten a higher grade if it was a full length. B+
