This quintet from Northern Ireland play a pretty tight blend of power metal with excursions into heavy thrash and tastes of death-like vocals. "Your Name," an out-n-out worship song, starts this 4-song tape off establishing the fact that guitarists Dave and Gary have good tone and can play. Maiden-esque riffs begin before the rough 'n' grovely vocals come in and unmelodicize the tune a few notches. The leads in "God Or Evolution," a song about the subject of evolution--a topic you knew would come up with a title like "Darwin Is Dead"--uses some cool wah-wah guitar effects. The two songs on side two are the weakest here. "Mercy" starts off by showing the band's melodic and slower side, which evolves into a heavier punch, but the dry vocal delivery holds back the wonderful message of: "All I can do/Is run to You and cry mercy!"
