Star Song now has Pure Metal Records, and has now acquired from England a tight mosh unit known as Seventh Angel (and there was much rejoicing!). Because of the musical style and singer Ian Arkley's gravelly delivery, comparisons to Vengeance are inevitable. But S.A. has developed a unique creativity that effectively establishes the band as one of the top heavy hitters in the Christian field. "The Torment" deals with the darker side of spiritual issues, including abortion ("Dr. Hatchet"), lusts of the flesh ("Forbidden Desires"), Satan ("The Charmer"), Christian cussing ("Expletive Deleted"), and being imprisoned for the faith ("Locked Up In Chains"). Heavy stuff musically and lyrically. "Her existence a gift by the nail-pierced hands/ the struggles never ending/ haunting her every breath/ her witness arose in a cold and desolate land/ her faith so strong defying death..." ("Katie"). There's a cool acoustic part in "Eye Of The Needle". All rockers, moshers, thrashers, and metalheads must check out Seventh Angel! This is totally SOLID!
