Now this is what modern rock, alterna-pop-with-grit is all about. These guys have got the formula mixes just right & each tasty serving hits the spot. Not really a bad song on here. The first hit "Sweater" was so simple & silly, either you found it fun or ridiculously stupid. You gotta admit though, these guys know how to write a catchy song. Sometimes the simple approach works much better. I'd rather hear a simple clever song than an uninteresting metal band trying too hard. Weezer is a lesson in how to write a "hit song". Oh, & have you seen that "Buddy Holly" Happy Days video? Great!
