Here's a four-song cassette EP of new material from Keith Miles (ex-Holy Danger) and Co. Unlike "Beyond Hell's Gate," this material seems a little more thought-out and musical. "Heads Will Roll" and "Burn In Hell", the two fastest tunes on the tape, are the two highlights. The other two songs are more on the slow and heavy side. Not for the commercial/melodic metal-minded listener, this stuff is thick, rough, and meaty. Some listeners may not like the following line in "Burn In Hell": "No tears are cried for you/ I couldn't give a damn/ 'cause your the one who knew/ our God's chosen lamb...before the throne there's no more time for you..." It's basically pure judgment for those who have denied the love of God. "I hope these words of pain echo in your ears." To order, send $5 to: Final Axe, PO Box 520, Mira Loma CA 91752-0520.
