This five-song release (called "FADE") from Hold True is a little heavier than the last one (called "FOCUS"). Those looking for a label might be satisfied with "punky alternative." Some of the tunes, like Build On, sound somewhat similar to old Crucified material, with its chanting/shouting choruses with gang BGV's and rapid-fire rhythms. It's a lot less intense than The Crucifed, to be sure, but they share similar punk roots. To order, send $5 to: Bryan Hellum, 12525 Baker Ct, Chino CA 91710.
