Deeply Symbolic
Reviewed by Jeff Lott
This four-member band from Wichita, Kansas is so full of talent it's amazing! "Deeply Symbolic" is a three-song tape full of diversity. The first song, Underwear of Joy, is a groovin' tune about how Christians are notorious for forgetting the joy of salvation. "Now I may be out of line here, bud, but it doesn't seem to me/That boredom's a requirement for life eternally!" Song number two, Waldorf Casserole, is a very metallic instrumental, while Final Void is a serious tune about rejecting Christ and committing suicide. This song starts mellow and ends thrashin' away. Great band! What more can I say? If you love a variety of music, then you'll love Teflon Brain! To order, send $5 to: 1826 Westridge, Wichita, KS 67203.
